POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under the supervision of Fuel Systems Manager. Will assist with management of onshore and offshore fuel systems scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, and repairs. Assist department with special task and projects, perform helideck inspections and manage transporters utilized daily. Operate mobile equipment both on and off facilities; in addition to, performing basic maintenance on equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct Fuel Handler training.

  • Travel outside of PHI facilities with Hazmat products.

  • Perform fuel related audits, installations, troubleshooting and repairs for Fuel bowsers and fuel systems onshore and offshore locations; to include AMG and customer's locations.

  • Operate Forklifts and Fuel trucks on a routine basis. In addition to, performing monthly inspections on equipment and documenting results as required.

  • Complete inventory reports on a routine basis.

  • Coordinate and communicate all related fuel activities with Fuel Systems Coordinator & Fuel Systems Manager.

  • Manage, Inspect and fill tanks on a routine basis.

  • Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic experience with Microsoft suite programs - i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and Access programs.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to stay overnight at the work site location.

  • Basic use of hand and power tools.

  • Capable of lifting, pulling, walking, and climbing activities.

  • Able to acquire Class B CDL
