What You Will Do

All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Sales Coordinator, this means:

  • Communicating project and product updates to customers and vendors.

  • Reviewing project plans and preparing for next steps.

  • Promoting a safe and secure work environment by verifying permits (e.g. water heaters).

The Sales Coordinator supports Project Specialists by generating leads, managing project details, and pulling and staging products for projects. To be successful, this associate must be comfortable managing projects, raising concerns or potential areas of risk during a project, and communicating effectively to key stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

  • Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.

  • Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week.

  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

  • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience coordinating/managing projects for consumers OR 5 years of experience coordinating/managing projects for consumers.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of point of sales systems

  • Knowledge of project management software tools.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional work environment.

  • Knowledge of product installation and the production process.

  • Experience working in Installed Sales.

If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.

VIEW JOBS 9/5/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-12-04T00:00 Position: Senior Site Coordinator Reports To: Director of Programs Supervises: Assistant Site Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Program Specialists Purpose: This position is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of an assigned location. The program will be operated in accordance with ARC policy and procedures, and all applicable rules and regulations of the Department of Developmental Services. The position is expected to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is provided by staff at all times. Care is to be provided in a manner that is conducive to safety and that ensures the rights of participants at all times. Programs are administered in conjunction with an Individual Plan for each participant. Because this position occasionally will have to fill in for Program Specialists, the Sr. Site Coordinator must be able to perform each of the care activities of a program specialist in their entirety. Qualifications for the Job: * Four (4) years of experience working with adults with ID/D. * One (1) year in a supervisory position preferred * Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field preferred. * Ability to utilize all required computer systems * Ability to learn and utilize required software * Have or be able to obtain First Aid Certification, CPR/AED Certification (as required) * May be required to obtain and maintain Medication Administration Certification * Must be able to read and write English and follow written instructions and plans. * May be required to work at any ARC program location and to provide own transportation to and from program location. * Valid Connecticut Driver's License. Essential Requirements Necessary to Perform the Job: * Physical Requirements: * Physical ability including sit, walk, stand, lift and support of participants. * Physical ability to complete all direct care essential functions. * Physical ability to complete required supervisory and administrative functions. * The ability to drive all agency vehicles. * Able to safely lift, transfer, and push the wheelchairs of participants weighing up to 175 pounds. * The physical ability to produce required written and printed documentation and administrative work utilizing a computer, general office equipment, and/or hand written documents. * The ability to maintain exceptional attendance and timeliness due to the supervisory nature of this position. * Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: * Considerable knowledge of intellectual disabilities, services and ID teams * Knowledge of terminology and use of technology to deliver services. * Sensitivity in dealing with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. * The ability to communicate and interact successfully with a variety of people. * Effective supervisory and administrative skills. * The ability to analyze and resolve day to day problems within agency policy. * Excellent writing skills, technology skills, and knowledge of software applications. * Will be familiar with QSR and DDS standards and regulations. Conditions to Which You May be Exposed: * Exposure to blood and body fluids, latex, plastic and personal protective equipment. * Exposure to hazardous chemicals such as disinfectants, cleanser and soaps, as identified by the material safety data sheets. * Exposure to unpredictable behavior of participants, loud noises, unpleasant odors. * Exposure to communicable diseases. Essential Functions: * Responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation of the program at specified site. Program will be operated in compliance with philosophy, program standards, goals, operating principles, all policies, rules, regulations and standards. * Supervise, lead, discipline, and evaluate staff on an ongoing basis. Meet with individuals as needed to provide supervisory support and disciplinary action when needed. Document personnel actions in accordance with ARC policy. Complete performance evaluations on all staff as required. * Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with the Director of Programs to ensure that escalated issues between the ARC and outside sources (residential, medical, DDS, community etc.) are addressed in a timely and appropriate fashion. * Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and use of MITC, or other Electronic Documentation Software, in supervisor role as well as in teaching use of software to staff. Ensure that all requirements of MITC documentation are being completed as required by agency policy and procedure. * Represent the ARC at IP and other individual meetings on at least an annual basis. Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all Individual Plans (IP) utilizing the DDS format. Ensure that measurable goals and objectives are developed, implemented and that appropriate daily program data is collected and recorded. * Responsible to ensure that quarterly reports, six month reports and the IP is implemented as written and that all follow up documentation is completed as required. If unable to obtain necessary documentation from DDS, refer to Program Director in a timely manner. * Ensure that program specialists have all necessary documentation, assessments, information etc. following IP meetings and that the documentation matches the IP. Ensure staff is trained as required in the IP and document training. * Following the annual meeting, the Sr. Site Coordinator will update the Program and Health and Safety book for each individual. In addition, the Coordinator will ensure that information in these documents is accurate throughout the year and document all IP training and individual specific training within the master file/program books.. * Review LON scores as they are received to ensure accuracy. Follow up as needed to obtain scores no less than annually. Ensure scores are communicated to Director of Programs & Director of Business Operations. * Supervise, teach and lead staff to ensure that participants have a variety of community experiences, volunteer experiences and in house activities. Model appropriate participant engagement for staff. Work with staff to increase participant human connections in the community. Monitor that activities are occurring as scheduled. * Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed for the handling of participant funds. Ensure that funds are maintained and secured according to guidelines. Teach and oversee staff fund usage for participants. * Schedule staffing, transportation, outing schedules, program meetings, and individual meetings in accordance with ARC scheduling standards. Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other Sr. Site Coordinators to ensure adequate staff and transportation coverage. * Ensure payroll information reflected in MITC is accurate and completed in required timeframe. Ensure that all time off forms are completed accurately and approved forms are forwarded to appropriate personnel within established guidelines. * Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with the Director of Programs, DDS staff, and families in the referral, application, and intake determination process. Provide site tours and attend vendor fairs as requested. * Responsible for ensuring that all required data is available for family meetings, transition meetings, orientation meetings, and IP reviews. Maintain individual files in accordance with ARC policy. * Oversee participant attendance records, exception logs, kardex logs, maintenance logs, incident reporting logs and day to day documentation. All documentation is to be completed in real time and is expected to be accurate. * Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely fashion for both agency vehicles and agency buildings. Responsible to ensure that the cleanliness of each site is exceptional. * Meet with any QSR inspectors and provide them with all requested documentation. Responsible to work with Director of Programs to ensure completion and implementation of Plans of Correction. Will work to implement the ARC Continuous Improvement Plan at specified site. * Responsible for assigned human resource activities at specific site in accordance with ARC policies and procedures. * Responsible for ensuring that all agency safety procedures are implemented and followed including tasks, inspections and reviews. Responsible for updating each person's Emergency Fact Sheet on an annual basis. Responsible for updating the Emergency Safety Book. Ensures that all evacuation drills and safety training is up to date for all staff. * Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other administrative staff, to develop and implement appropriate orientation and training activities. * Assume direct care service and transportation duties as required. * Completion of all required documentation and filing in a timely fashion. * Other duties as required At-will Employment: Employment at the ARC is at will.
