Responsible for stocking all bars and food and beverage service areas with beverages, paper products, and supplies. Will maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas including storage areas. Replace condiments as needed. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and replenish all beverages, ice, supplies, and condiments at service areas and bars. Assist with inventory control by alerting supervisor or individual responsible for ordering, when supplies are low.
Assist bartenders/servers in the setting up, cleaning and maintaining of all bars and food and beverage service areas.
Perform closing functions, including thorough cleaning and restocking of all stations, bars, and storerooms.
Promote positive guest and employee relations.
Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.
Provide professional and friendly service according to standard service procedures, while promoting positive guest relations.
Work effectively with other employees, vendors, guests and other visitors.
Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School or Equivalency; entry level- no experience required; prefer six months work history in any field.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Basic proficiency- Internet Explorer and /or other Internet Service Providers
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid ABC License.
