Develops positive relationships with internal and external members, exhibiting the Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union's core values to enhance membership growth and loyalty while meeting the member's financial needs. Handles a high volume of transactions with courtesy and accuracy and effectively analyzes all available information to identify and recommend the best products and services for the member.Job Duties: * Receive and process various member financial transactions and answer member account inquiries. Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records * Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to balancing standards. * May assist members with any of the following:*
  • Opening and closing accounts * Safety deposit boxes, including new box rentals and close outs of existing rentals * Credit card, loan and bill payments * Direct deposits and payroll distributions * Share draft orders, stop payments and statement copies * Certificates of deposit* ATM/check card orders and pin numbers * Notary services and signature guarantees * Contribute to a productive, team-oriented work environment while meeting all established goals and metrics, and operating within the Credit Union's core values. * Exceed members' expectations through efficient, proactive and accurate service to ensure superior member service via a variety of delivery channels. * Uphold the Credit Union's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), which includes compliance with the Customer Identification Program and anti-money laundering policies and procedures. * Report unusual or suspicious activity in writing to the Legal and Compliance Department. * Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and submit to the designated internal department for quality control in a proper and timely manner. * Provide a superior member experience by: * Actively listening to and assessing the needs of the member * Explaining the features and benefits of targeted products and services * Offering targeted solutions to meet the member's needs * Develop and maintain up to date and thorough knowledge of branch policies, procedures, systems and processes. * Recognize and act upon potential membership and service opportunities to promote membership growth and loyalty. * Ensure the security of keys, cash, negotiable items, and adherence to drawer limits. * Ensure member and Credit Union information is treated with utmost confidence and security, including adherence to member identification and shred procedures, to support the Credit Union's core purpose of being the member's trusted partner. * Observe and communicate in a timely manner all potential risks to ensure the safety and security of the members, employees and branch. * Complete annual BSA and OFAC training. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:
    * Minimum one year' customer service experience. Prior financial institution experience (particularly as a teller) preferred. * Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services, features, and benefits. * Exhibits ability to cross-sell effectively. * Demonstrated sales skills and a willingness and ability to apply those skills on the job through incoming member calls and outbound follow-up calls. * Proficient with the use of personal computer applications. Demonstrates ability to learn and effectively utilize in-house programs and third-party software.Education: * High school diploma or GED equivalent

The Sr. Virtualization Delivery Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer specific virtual environments. The position is Federally focused and the engineer will need to operate within a Department of Defense/Classified environment. Key Areas of Responsibility * Work with clients to define, develop, and deliver appropriate software / hardware solutions for customer's data center. * Maintain current knowledge of VMware's Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) portfolio of solutions * Document best practices in developing and deploying VMware solutions * Serve as top-level support for SDDC products related issues * Collaborate with a team to architect and engineer private, public, and hybrid cloud networks * Develop self-service automation (Business Process Automation) via vRA/vRO and/or system automation via vROps/vRO to address common O&M tasks * Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems * Regularly interface with technical and business staff of customers, including the project sponsor and stakeholders of projects in more complex engagements * Serve as technical point of contact on customer engagements * Manage time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work * Provide high quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templates * Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer's satisfaction and approval * Educate the customer on solution as appropriate throughout the life of the project or service life The information in this position description is intended to convey information about the key responsibilities and requirements of the position. Qualifications * Minimum Qualifications * 7 years of delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support including Failover techniques, recovery/rollback and application partitioning * 7 years of Federal and/or DoD experience * DoD 8570 level II IAT Certification * VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in Datacenter Virtualization * VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in Desktop/Mobility * DoD/OPM Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Other Required Qualifications * Experience implementation, sustainment, and troubleshooting of VDI (Horizon) solutions in large environments * Experience with implementing Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) within a Department of Defense environment. * Experience with remediating identified Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) within DoD systems * Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting NSX environments * Willing to travel (50-70%) * Strong organizational skills. * Excellent attention to details. * Abilities to work independently and to manage time effectively. * Effective communication skills with an appreciation for the appropriate ways to interact with managers, coworkers, customers and vendors.
