Fsqa Auditor 1St Shift

Is responsible for verification of systemic functions throughout the OSI Oakland production facility.

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (i.e., Policies, procedures, etc. for which you are responsible.)

Auditor will report and document non-conformances of standards pertaining to this document to QA Shift Supervisor and or operations management.

General

• Sustain a safe, positive and professional work environment which supports productive engagement with all plant and corporate employees, customers and regulatory officials through incorporation of company core values.

• Verify the effectiveness of Sanitation Program

• Assist in Safety Chain Implementation

• Verify Effectiveness of SSOP Monitoring

• Verify Sanitation Standards are maintained in all non production areas to include Docks and product storage areas.

• Audit X Ray settings / X Ray safety Checks in all departments at start up.

• Monitor product change over procedures when applicable.

• Routine SSOP and GMP verification audits focusing on specific departments.

• Sustain QA equipment and calibrations

• Assist Senior FSQA Manager in MSS Task obtainment verification.

• Serve as acting QA Shift Supervisor as directed to include weekend work.

• Document Findings/Reports and CAPA's in Safety Chain and appropriate Email

• Perform tasks as directed by QA Leadership.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with employees at all levels of the organization.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Willingness to obtain 3rd Party Auditor Certificate

• Willingness to obtain X Ray Certification from Corporate Maintenance
