PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company's entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go. This Foodservice position is part of PepsiCo's National Account group.
Introducing four (4) newly created positions on the PepsiCo Foodservice Team.
These Foodservice Sales Business Development Senior Managers will be responsible for developing volume driving strategies to win new business within the $850MM Beverage Healthcare Channel. This leader will be aligned to the NAB Region Sales Team to lead the New Business RFP's and Renewals in order to deliver or exceed regional sales and profit plans. By working cross functionally with our sales and marketing teams, this person will leverage the entire PepsiCo portfolio to identify key opportunities, strategies, and tactics for industry leading programs and best in class execution in the Hospital and Healthcare Channel.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
Foodservice and/or Healthcare Industry experience preferred
Acumen in diverse supply chain and distribution, including warehouse, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and distributors
Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement and commitments
Strong communication, collaboration, influence and impact skills at all levels within an organization
Experience in advanced negotiations and managing financial impacts to the P&L
Superior presentation development skills (Development and delivery to senior levels)
Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership
Must be willing and able to travel 40-50% of the time
Must be authorized to work in the United States
