Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for the operation of the fryer, and related systems. The fryer operator has primary responsibility for product quality with regard to solids, color, and texture.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities in the following; other duties may be assigned.

Must work safely.

Ensures no injury to self or others by following safe work practices, procedures (including Standard Operating Procedures), and policies.

Monitors product for quality attributes.

Monitors and adjusts sizing fryer equipment.

Documents findings and adjustments made on the Fryer Operator's report.

Receives, pumps and unloads oil and chemicals

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and food safety in this area at all times. During production and major clean up.

Must assist in the reduction of safety hazards and work safely at all times.

Must behave in a professional manner at all times & comply with all Company policies & procedures.

Performs other functions as directed by the Process Lead or Shift Supervisor.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent is required.

Experience in manufacturing desired.
