The Fruit Expert - Customer Service Associate ensures Edible service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience


Essential Job Functions and

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards

  • Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service

  • Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals

  • Assists customers in the selection and purchase of Edible products

  • Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line

  • Effectively converts customer inquiries into sales

  • Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of customers

  • Responds to customer needs

  • Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner

  • Manages difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner

Maintains Quality Store Operations

  • Prepares a variety of Edible fruit arrangements and treats according to our brand standards

  • Follows store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station

  • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player

  • Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all customers and co-workers

  • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products

Financial Contribution

  • Follows cash handling and register policies

  • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines

  • Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the position

  • Learns and demonstrates creating the Edible Experience

  • Learns and performs duties of customer Service, production, and/or delivery driver as needed

  • Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing in-store training and utilizing digital training portal on an ongoing basis

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous experience working in customer Service or food service establishment preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products

  • Good math and money handling skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Enjoys working within a team

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Drive and determination

  • Desire for personal and professional growth

  • Valid state drivers license and a clean driving record (if also delivering)

  • Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills

  • Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift

Sr Patient Service Rep - West Chester Job Type: Req ID: 23875 Shift: Any Employment Status: AF - Active - Regular - Full Time Job Summary The Sr. Patient Service Rep is responsible for greeting patents and families, collecting & entering demographic and insurance information, collecting payments associated with services rendered and reconciliation of daily services. In addition, other duties necessary to facilitate efficient and timely services to patients and their families, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and obtaining appropriate insurance referrals and authorizations as needed per insurance guidelines. Responsibilities may include working with medical records, following HIPPA guidelines. Job Responsibilities * Responsible for promptly and positively greeting patients and families, while assuring an efficient check in process and telephone encounters ;all according to pre-established practice guidelines. * Verifying accurately entering essential patient information into the hospital registration and scheduling system with 90% accuracy. * Reconciliation of daily services to include collection and processing of payments received, schedule follow up appointments, & enter diagnosis codes according to pre-established practice guidelines. * Daily maintenance of patient records and provider template and daily schedules while following HIPPA guidelines. * Other areas of responsibility may include answering telephones, daily maintenance voicemail retrieval and accurate message transcription and follow through, distribution of mail, maintaining PSR staff schedules, supervising their day to day activities and participate in PSR evaluations and evaluations, organize and PSR meetings, perform Payroll edit functions, answer billing inquiries, address parent complaints and escalating as necessary, attend and participate in monthly PL meetings, Complete all reports (i.e. Eligibility Rejection, Claim Edit, Self-Pay, ICM Care Gap Reports, Charge and Patient WQ's, Co-Pay report etc…), Coordinate daily eligibility verifications, Reconcile drawers and make cash deposits, Order Supplies and other clerical duties as assigned.
