.LOOKING FOR A QUICK LEARNER, MULTI TASKING.YOU WILL TRAIN IN THE MORNING FOR 2 WEEKS 9 TILL 2 LEARNING TO DIP FRUIT, DESIGN, TAKE ORDERS IN STORE AND ON PHONE. THEN YOU WILL LEARN TO CLOSE FROM 1 TILL 6. LEARNING TO PREP FRUIT AND CLOSE. SOME WEEKENDS ALSO NEEDED. The Fruit Expert - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit for Edible treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she also ensures Edible service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.CALL JACKIE AT 303-759-3393

Essential Job Functions and

  • Build arrangements according to our brand standards

  • Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes

  • Selects fruit for arrangements

  • Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging

  • Package arrangements or dipped fruit

  • Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators and other storage areas

  • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes

  • Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly

  • Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers

  • Assist with receiving deliveries from vendors

  • Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards

  • Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service

  • Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals

  • Assists customers in the selection and purchase of Edible products

  • Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong knowledge of product line; Effectively converts customer inquiries into sales

  • Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of customers

  • Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner

  • Responds to customer needs; Manages difficult customer situations in a calm and professional manner

  • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products

  • Follows cash handling and register policies

  • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines

  • Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the position

  • Learns and demonstrates creating the Edible Experience

  • Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing in-store training and utilizing digital training portal on an ongoing basis

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous experience working in customer Service or food service establishment preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products

  • Good math and money handling skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Enjoys working within a team

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

  • Drive and determination

  • Desire for personal and professional growth

  • Valid state drivers license and a clean driving record (if also delivering)

  • Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills

  • Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift

Trans Lease serves customers throughout North America by providing financing of trucks and trailers and is a significant component of the combined corporate financial structure. The position requires daily involvement with current customers, the maintenance of their lease or finance product accounts, as well as interoffice support between departments. The position will join a team of five employees in a fast paced, team oriented department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer most in-bound customer calls and assist with their inquiries, questions, and needs. * Provide Elite Customer Service to every customer. * Follow insurance binders on expired or canceled insurance as required by lease or loan. * Handle insurance claims on leased assets. * Assist Sales and Sales Support departments with various questions or items they need completed. * Pull payoffs on customer accounts. * Answer customer billing and payment questions. * Research and advise customers of toll violations and other third party billing notifications. * Generate invoices for asset sales. * Provide assistance with title issues for customers in various state locations. * Notify customers lease/loan expirations 90 days in advance. * Process terminated titles and termination packets for customers. * Scan document files and other scanning projects into system software. * Assist with account verification for customer audits. * Prepare assigned weekly reports. * Fill in for receptionist when required during meal times, sick days, and PTO. * Various tasks assigned by manager. * Provide open communication regarding customers between all departments within company. WORK ENVIORNMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: * Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time. * Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. * Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. * Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer. * Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Valid Driver's License with good standing MVR. * General to advanced knowledge of computer and email systems. * Adobe Acrobat experience. * Prior experience in the automotive, insurance, mortgage or banking fields is a plus but not required. * Detail oriented, multitasker and organized. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. * Comfortable making outbound phone calls to insurance agents and customers. * Positive attitude and dependable. * Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
