Were looking for a Front-End Developer with the ability to build smart, elegant websites and apps quickly and efficiently with exceptional user interfaces in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a strong grasp of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and a solid understanding of web standards and usability. Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. at this time.

This person will be working from a strategy, contributing within a team and need to be able to present with confidence and champion work that transcends digital tactics and leads brands. This person should understand the difference between work thats mediocre and work thats inspiring; prepared to do what it takes to make sure their work consistently falls into the exceptional category.

VIEW JOBS 2/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-20T00:00 This position is responsible for analyzing insurance coverage for commercial loans in accordance with Investor guidelines; assisting borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage; informing and educating borrowers about coverage, exclusion, and exposure; and providing technical support to Production/Underwriting/Closing staff specifically in analyzing borrower needs against investor guidelines and risk to the company. What you will be doing: * Main point of contact on insurance questions, coverage requirements and investor guidelines. * Reviewing Investor insurance guidelines to establish baseline requirements. * Reviewing Loan Documents, Appraisals, Engineering, Seismic, and Property Condition Assessment insurance requirements. * Processing Insurance waivers/exceptions with supporting documentation for non-compliant insurance issues. * Maintaining insurance data in the Salesforce processing system as applicable. * Communicating and problem-solving daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. * Other skills related to building a career in insurance! The education and experience we're looking for: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience. * Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, AU, ANIS or equivalent is preferred. * Willing and able to work 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. What skills you should have: * Ability to work as a part of a team while providing a strong individual contribution. * Excellent attention to detail, judgment, flexibility, accountability and dependability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Clear knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverages –Property (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake), Builders Risk, General Liability (including terrorism), Workers' Compensation, Commercial Automobile, Umbrella, Excess Liability and Professional Liability and Directors & Officers Insurance. * Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes. * Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders.
