Baby Envision 4D Ultrasound and Prenatal Diagnostic Imaging Center of Troy is looking for Part Time Front Office personnel.

The schedule will be as follows: (time may fluctuate as it is based on clients). One afternoon a week rotating Tuesday and Thursday from 2pm to 9pm. Every other Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Part Time perfect for student, second job, retiree.

Possibility for more hours if able to cover Brighton or Romeo locations.

Must have good cash handling, and experience with computers and the public. We need someone that is professional in demeanor and appearance, dependable, organized, able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, follow direction, and handle phones. Able to maintain confidential files. Will work independently at most times and will need to be reliable and trustworthy.

Rate of pay is approximately, $11 to start with increases based on performance.

Administrative office responsibilities will include; answering phones, checking in and out clients / cashiering, scheduling appointments, bank deposits, inventory stocking and some office clean up.
