We Are Hiring Front Office Rep. Full Time.
This position does travel between our Hinsdale, IL and Bolingbrook, IL offices. Must be able to handle high volume. Prior medical office and EMR experience is preferred.
Schedule: 36 hrs Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 5-5:30pm Wed and Thursday travel to Hinsdale location. (Hinsdale Clinic late day til 5:30) Friday 1/2 day 12pm to 4pm Bolingbrook Location. What You Will Do Work in a customer service capacity providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting. Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
Verifyand enter demographic information. Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification. Complete medical record release requests and schedules/confirms patient appointments.
Enter, review and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily. Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy. Provide general office and clerical support to assigned area What You Will Need Education:
