Front Office Receptionist

Position: Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join their team. Your role will be to greet customers/patients as they come in the door and assist with their check in.

What You Will Do:

• Scheduling Appointments: Assisting patients in booking appointments efficiently.
• Insurance and Health Information: Collecting and verifying insurance details and relevant health information.
• Electronic Health Records: Accurately inputting patient data into our electronic health records system.
• Reception Duties: Answering phones, greeting patients, and providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Vocational Degree or Certification
• Communication Skills
• Greet people as they come in
• Answer phones
• Data Entry, must type 45 wpm or better
• Patient Care
• Rooming Patients
• Bilingual is a plus, preference given to Spanish, Mong, Burmese or Zomi language skills
