Job Description Assist the Director of Front of the House in the management and supervision of the Front Office department (Bellmen, Doormen, Bell Captains, Concierge, Guest Service Agents, Towers Page, Towers Maitre D'Etage, Mail Desk Agents, and Package Room Attendants) Assist with blocking rooms and running daily reports Monitor and control daily revenues and expenses by ensuring procedures are followed and proper controls are in place Motivate, supervise, coach, develop, empower, and discipline the Front Office team as needed Respond to guests' special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns. Accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Front of the House Requirements Prior Front Office experience in a luxury property is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree highly preferred Excellent communication skills Previous experience managing five or moreemployees; union experience is a plus Self-motivated, customer-focused and committed to maintaining superb customer service throughout all areas of the Front Office Starting salary: $70,000
