Nestled in a picturesque tower setting boasting 63 1- and 2- bedroom suites. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each owner and guest receives an unparalleled vacation experience.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + 15% bonus potential

JOB SUMMARY:

• Oversee and further develop team members in providing better customer service.

• Coverage front desk shifts, as needed.

• Continue to improve the owner/guest experience.

• Ensure that the guests are being escorted properly and that they have been directed to the requested rooms after proper completion of the check-in procedures.

• Keep a track of the inventory supplies and keep updated reports as according to company standards.

• Monitor statistics related to room occupancy and their rates, ensures that all the activities are carried out within the given budget standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 4 years minimum in hotel or resort experience required; with at least one year in an Guest Services (Front Office) Assistant Manager or Manager role

• Ability to effectively lead a team of 5 or more associates.
