Acts as the liaison, communicating between management and the office staff.Qualifications
Required Minimum Education

Position requires a high school degree or equivalent

Preferred Minimum Experience

Prefer 2-3 years clerical experience in a physician practice

Required Skills

Computer skills essential. Medical terminology including coding needed (CPT-4, ICD-9, and HCPCS) Knowledge of insurance filing and requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see WellStar's "Standards of Gold")

Responsibilities * Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business related functions as delegated by direct supervisors. Working Conditions Entails carrying out demanding tasks within a fast paced, physically challenging aviation environment. Position consists of working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to nature's elements and daily exposure to aircraft engine noise, exhaust fumes and fuel vapors, and fuel to skin contact.
