As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of Hyatt! This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation with our guests and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Description:

• Responsible for the guest registration process

• Communication of hotel services and promotions

• Processing forms of payment

• Responding to guest inquires
