Position Summary and Responsibilities


Teledyne Controls has an opportunity for a temporary Front Office Coordinator for our Battery Products business. Under general supervision, you performing all phases of rework, electronic component replacements on thru-hold and Surface Mount assemblies, and minor mechanical assembly.

Key Functions

Direct incoming calls

  • Answer Tech support and Customer service overflow.

  • Distribute incoming/process outgoing Mail (U.S. Postal, FedEx, UPS)

  • Order / maintain all office supplies

Process Sales Quotes / Orders / Data Entry

  • Ability to quote customer sales.

  • Process Sales orders in ERP System.

  • Print Bills of Lading

  • Distribute orders to shipping

  • Issue Master bills on shipments

Prepare / Process Invoices

  • Shipment verification

  • Issue any Back orders

  • Process and verify invoicing.

  • Email invoices

  • All filing




  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • At least a minimum of one (1) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Application tools: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Ability to identify care needs across the age continuum and according to principles of growth and development over the life span. * Ability to apply appropriate business rules, medical guidelines and/or health plan benefits to authorization decision making. * Proficiency with health plan criteria/benefits and regulatory requirements as they relate to patient management across the continuum of care. * Proficient with standardized criteria, Interqual/Milliman, MCG, Medicare, etc. * Knowledge of network and benefit limitations and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to find alternatives that meet patient needs and achieve positive outcomes. * Knowledge of disease management strategies. * Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD 9/ICD 10 codes. * Ability to interpret and communicate complex contract or benefit language. * Willingness to work as part of a team, working collaboratively with others to achieve goals, solve problems, and meet established organizational objectives and management of patients.
