Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

• Monday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM (Family Dental Care)
• Tuesday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (Smiles on Randolph)
• Wednesday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Family Dental Care)
• Thursday: 9:00AM - 7:00PM (Smiles on Randolph)
• Friday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM (Every Other)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Every other Saturday)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:

• At least 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
• Eaglesoft experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to check in and check out patients efficiently
• Answer phone calls with the highest customer service expectations
• Schedule appointments for patients 
• Present treatment plans to patients (training provided)
• Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience
• Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff
• Friendly personality with a welcoming smile
