Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30AM - 3:00PM

• Wednesday: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

• Friday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:

• Convert new patients to schedule appointments

• Fill the schedule to increase production

• Communicate with patients via phone calls, text message, and email

• Create financial plans for treatment plans

• Generate daily and monthly accounting reports

• Greet patients in a welcoming way

• Have a friendly personality and work well with a team
