Location: Houlihan Lokey's Atlanta, GA office.

Schedule: Full time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard (EST), overtime as required.

The Front Office Administrator performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, which include providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. They will be responsible for the more junior aspects of the administrative function, including office services tasks. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Must be able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support Office Manager by performing administrative duties included but not limited to:

  • Answer main phone line and filter calls; take messages or transfer calls/information to appropriate individuals.

  • Manage all conference room calendars.

  • Meet and greet clients and guests, visiting employees and vendors.

  • Assist with database management and word processing.

  • Review and confirm requests for guest offices and conference rooms including set-up and ordering catering.

  • Process out-going mail, FedEx packages and courier services. Sort and distribute in-coming mail and packages.

  • Assist with moving boxes and light inter-office moves, preparing offices and workstations.

  • Manage all office supply inventory and place new orders, including snacks/beverages.

  • Send all invoices/receipts from placed orders to Office Manager for coding; track and manage all invoice/receipt filings.

  • Assist with reprographics requests; including print, copy and binding materials.

  • Special ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Prompt attendance is and punctuality is a must.

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong professional communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of staff members and varied work styles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to find solutions with minimal direction.

  • Can successfully multi-task and prioritize appropriately.

  • Capable of utilizing discretion in managing confidential or sensitive information.

  • Be a team player, dealing effectively with co-workers and internal clients at all levels.

  • Possess the desire and ability to learn company software programs.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior office services, hospitality, administrative and customer service experience preferred.

Salary Range

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$25.00-$30.00

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
