Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Front of the House Manager to join our team and assist the General Manager. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all front of the house activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of service Train and manage front of the house personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations as well as company policies and procedures ​ Qualifications: Previous experience as a Front of the House Assistant Manager Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Must be able to work 50 hours per week Hands on Compensation: · 50 hours per week · Tuesday – Saturday $57,000 - Yearly Company Description Las Palomas is West Austin’s only authentic Interior Mexican Restaurant and Bar off Bee Caves Road, Las Palomas serves distinctive Interior Mexican cuisine in a relaxed and refined atmosphere.
