Texas Roadhouse is looking for Servers, Server Assistants and Hosts with Legendary customer service skills. Legendary Service starts with our Front of House Team and is an important part of the guest experience.

As a Front of House Employee, your responsibilities would include:

VIEW JOBS 6/25/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-09-23T00:00 Program Coach (PT) - My Sister Susan's House - Greensboro, NC The Youth Focus' My Sister Susan's House program provides housing and transitional living services for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The program coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. The program coach is responsible for assisting clients with goal setting, providing case management, facilitating groups, supervising outings, providing transportation, and providing overall support in a therapeutic environment. This position would be good for someone interested in social work, human development, child development, coaching, psychology, non-profit, direct care, mentoring, counseling, human services, sociology, criminal justice, juvenile criminal prevention services, homelessness, housing, LGBTQ issues, teen pregnancy, marginalized and underserved populations, mental health and runaway and homeless youth. This role could lead to advancement within the agency. My Sister Susan's House offers housing and transitional living services for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21. Youth are provided with a variety of services: counseling, vocational and educational training, parenting classes, independent living skills training, and other supports. These youth, and their dependent children, live at My Sister Susan's House for up to 18 months with all of their living expenses taken care of while they pursue goals that will allow them to live successfully on their own and provide the nurture and support their children need. SUMMARY The Program Coach must demonstrate the Agency's purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures. The individual in this position will provide direction to youth who are transitioning to independent living. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 21 years of age. * High school diploma and one to two years' experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. * Must have a valid driver's license that is in good standing * The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * The ability to write routine reports and correspondence in a legible manner. * The ability to use basic math skills including multiplication, division, understanding units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Must apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. * Clean criminal background. * Respects the cultural diversity of children in care, and strives to create a positive relationship. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Receives instruction for daily activities from the program manager, coordinates this with residents' schedules and helps implement accordingly. * Models for residents and gives them instruction regarding desirable health, personal habits, and independent living skills. * Plans, leads, and participates in recreational activities. * Oversees the day-to-day activities of the program by enforcing the rules and policies of the maternity home and the agency. Supervises the residents and their children. * Provides transportation, tutorial assistance, and emotional support to residents. * Maintains any duties necessary to continue upkeep of the facility. * Participates in team meetings and provides feedback to residents and staff about individual clients' progress and ways to improve programming. * Completes all required record keeping in a timely manner. * May be assigned other duties as needed. Professionalism/Teamwork * Must represent the agency in a professional manner. * Must have the commitment and capacity to create a positive working relationship with co-workers. * Works under the supervision of the assigned supervisor. Knowledge/Training * Takes the necessary steps to stay current with all required trainings. * Participates in all required in-service training.
