The Front of House F&B Manager (FOH) is responsible for scheduling, training and directing all FOH staff.
Performs designated supervisory duties pertaining to all FOH staff.
Requisitions supplies.
Ensures that superior customer service is provided at all times.
Supervises all FOH and Food & Beverage staff in the absence of the Food & Beverage Director.Provides hands-on backup in staff members absences.
Will become familiar with the Tribal/State Gaming Compact, National Indian Gaming Commissions (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), the Tribal Gaming Code, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Title 31, and Departmental Internal Controls and Job Instructions.WORK PERFORMED:This job description does not constitute an employment agreement between the Tribe and the employee and is subject to change as the needs of the Tribe and requirements of the position change.
The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position;Will work to orient new and existing FOH personnel concerning Job Instructions and on the job training associated with the Point of Sale Systems;Will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to assist in reviewing error reports associated with the Point of Sale System;Will assist in verifying and posting invoices into the Point of Sale System while maintaining and updating records;Will assist in Food & Beverage meetings with information regarding the Point of Sale System;Will review and investigate any discrepancies regarding the statistical information on the Retail and Point of Sale System;Will assist the Food & Beverage Department with preparation and maintenance of Job Instructions applicable to the Point of Sale System;Will assist the Food & Beverage Director in reviewing Food & Beverage Profit & Loss (P & L) statements and General Ledger posting for accuracy; Will work at training of all Food & Beverage staff to enhance customer service;Will be responsible for all Food & Beverage production in absence of the Food & Beverage Director;Will cover shifts as needed to enhance customer service;Will perform other duties as assigned.
