Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, stocking beverage and snack coolers, int and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Stock beverage coolers and snack racks

• Refill supplied and condiment stations

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
