Front Line Manager
BWX Technologies, Inc.
Responsible for supervising hourly skilled trades in the areas of fitting, welding, and assembly operations.
Oversight of the manual, robotic and automatic welding operations, stress relief operations and lifting/handling.
Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a union environment.
Prefer experience in heavy fabrication, fitting and welding.
Must possess good leadership and communications skills.
Must be available for scheduled overtime.
Must be willing to work any shift....position would train on 1st shift for a few months, then move to either 2nd or 3rd shift.
