About the Marketing team:

The NETSCOUT corporate marketing team manages digital communications across a variety of channels, including the corporate website, social media, email outreach, and more. We are seeking a front-end web developer to manage the look and feel of our website. Tasks will include building pages, editing content, developing layouts, managing site-wide CSS and JavaScript, optimizing for SEO and performance, and testing for web accessibility.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

• Design and develop responsive webpages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Implement clear, consistent, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across the corporate website.

• Improve website performance by optimizing assets, including CSS and JS libraries.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and design teams, generate requirements for web features, and build components and webpages to meet these requirements.

• Provide valuable input on best practices for the corporate website and user experience.

• Implement interactive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Preferred Qualification/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Web Developer

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks

• Experience with front-end build tools such as Sass, Webpack, Node, or Gulp

• Experience taking Adobe XD or Figma design files and building pixel-perfect replicated pages.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Knowledge of modern web content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress (PHP and Twig a plus)

• Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and testing for web accessibility

• Familiar with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

Location: Westford, MA or Colorado Springs, CO, (Must be able to work in the office Monday - Friday)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85K to $115K. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
