Job Summary

Looking for a fun place to work with great benefits? We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer interested in Angular and responsive web development to join our team in the Learning Tree IS department. Responsibilities include developing Angular applications, implementing UI/UX Marketing designs in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and maintaining WCAG compliance. The right candidate possesses a strong work ethic and a proven track record of completing projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise Angular applications

  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design to create compelling content while maintaining brand standards within larger content management system

  • Perform tests to ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance

  • Maintain WCAG compliance and marshal WCAG compliance efforts

  • Assist with website deployments and testing

  • Participate actively in the scrum agile process and team activities

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • The individual will have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant, related experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Detailed understating of HTTP request/response including status codes

  • Strong TypeScript skills are required; C# a plus

  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks; jQuery required

  • Experience with Bootstrap, grid layouts, media queries, and other responsive techniques

  • Working knowledge of modern application build processes including SASS, Gulp, Node, npm, and NuGet

  • Experience with TFS version control or other version control system

  • Experience with an enterprise CMS; Umbraco 7+ preferred

  • Experience with Visual Studio and .NET Framework

  • Strong website design and graphic skills are desirable; Photoshop experience preferred

  • Automate web application testing a plus

  • Basic SEO knowledge and experience developing mobile platforms a plus

  • Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce high quality results on a deadline

  • Excellent oral and written communication
