Co+opportunity is a community owned grocery store founded in Santa Monica in 1974. We have deep roots in LA County. In fact, our Co+op started the Santa Monica Farmers Market!

The Front-End Shift Leader is a key team member, that works in front of the store. You need to be enthusitic and have great people and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the successful operation of the Front-End areas of the store.

  • Providing excellent customer service to Front End patrons.

  • Assist in the staff management of the Front-End operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible and willing to assist in the coordination of all areas of the front End, including Customer Service area and Front-End stocking areas.

  • Must be willing to be thoroughly trained for the position.

  • Must be willing to adhere to regular, predictable attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly and get along with others easily & be able to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

  • Experience as a Front-End Shift Leader-Customer Service Representative-CSR is a plus.

  • Leadership experience a plus.
