Front-End React Senior Software Developer - Reece Digital Solutions

Reece Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Front-End React Senior Software Developer to join our innovative team, driving the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge cloud-first eCommerce web and mobile platform solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver impactful solutions with a focus on high-quality standards.

• Take ownership of projects, demonstrating initiative to meet deadlines and produce exceptional results.

• Align technical solutions with business requirements in close collaboration with product owners.

• Develop and maintain user interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience.

• Actively lean forward to grow experience and skill set in back-end development.

• Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Estimating stories, and Code Reviews.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge within the team.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor team members

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Reece USA's core values.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven front-end development experience with expertise in ReactJS, Typescript, and Javascript.

• Strong understanding of software development principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in AI technologies is a plus.

• Understanding of AWS cloud architectures, EKS, Docker, S3, and EventBridge.

• Demonstrated in back-end development with Python, Java, and Spring Boot.

• 2+ years of experience in Python, Java and Spring Boot (a plus).

• 5+ years of experience with Microservices and open-source frameworks.

• 5+ years of experience with REST and GraphQL API development.

• Experience with container orchestration tools.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).

• Strong understanding of Agile practices.

• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Circle CI).
