Front End Manager

Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50- $29.13.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am- 11:00pm.

FRONT END MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Front End Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers

• Managing and assisting Front End operations including:

• Scanning items

• Entering pricing data

• Processing payment

• Packaging groceries

• Resolving any checkout concerns

• Bookkeeping and payroll processing

• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees

• Scheduling front end staff

• Assisting Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, training, and other related tasks as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping

• Prior team leadership experience

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of retail operations

• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
