Work you'll do
This Front-End Development lead will be on a team that operates and develops with a customer-facing website for a $5B+ telco client. You will serve at the development lead for a team of 5 front-end developers and advise the client on best practices for webpage and web development.
Design high level solution for project based on requirements/user stories
Develop code based on requirements/user stories
Troubleshoot issues
Providing fixes for Defects
Unit testing of the code developed
Deployment of fixes adhering to client's deployment guidelines
Coordinating with different teams for resolution of issues

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
Digital Mix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education or experience
Proficient in HTML, CSS, React development.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end code issues and provide fixes to meet client's needs.
Ability to lead and advise a front-end development team
Self-driven, motivated coder looking to create a positive client impact
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
