We're looking for an experienced developer to join our creative team of front end developers across multiple brands. You'll join a close-knit and, frankly, charming group of developers, designers and animators to create amazing web experiences. You'll develop beautifully coded websites in support of our world-class marketing software, voicing your own creativity and point of view through our sophisticated family of brands.

What you'll do here:

  • Build a vibrant portfolio of web projects for a fast-growing family of brands

  • Develop stunning web experiences that get amazing results

  • Develop award-winning websites and evolve their codebase

  • Stay on top of and implement the latest UX trends throughout our web properties

  • Present well-crafted development solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders in record time

  • Evolve our web properties into one, seamless converting machine

  • Configure and maintain content management systems (primarily WordPress), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Who we're looking for:

  • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating exceptional web experiences

  • Strong written and verbal skills and a genuine desire to document your work

  • Experience with multiple content management systems a plus

  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in custom, maintainable, scalable, and responsive front end architecture

  • Ability to connect, read, and write to databases.

  • Strong knowledge of web development tools and programming languages:

  • Fluency with: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, JAM stack, Wordpress, PHP, Github, Ajax, Node JS

  • Familiarity with: GraphQL, YAML, Gatsby, Redux, Node.js, REST API, UX, UI, Responsive Web Design, Working with JSON data structures

  • UX/UI experience with prototyping software and designer handoffs (i.e. Sketch, InVision)

  • Passionate about web testing organization and process using Optimizely

  • You are a creative problem solver, able to contribute simple solutions to complex challenges

  • You have a strong desire to help create what is next in visual and interaction design

  • Your attitude is positive, even in stressful situations and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • You're able to learn on the fly, and also share your knowledge with the team

  • You are self-driven enough to move projects forward and meet deadlines

  • You collaborate quickly and closely with a wide variety of other creatives

  • Possess the ability to keep an office plant alive

  • Have no reservations about working with people who can't seem to keep an office plant alive
