As a Front End Operations Specialist, you ensure that all customers are receiving exceptional customer service by supporting and training cashiers and assisting with complex transactions or customer issues.
Coach and mentor cashiers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Provide on-going training to cashiers.
Professionally handle any customer issues or complaints.
Accurately process returns and defective items according to store policies and manufacturer warranties.
Reconcile cash terminals and prepare daily reports and deposits.
1-3 years of previous retail or related experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with all walks of life
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to coach and mentor team members
Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and occasional holidays.
