Job Summary:
The Front End Coordinator is a part time associate working up to 25 hours per week who has supervisory responsibilities at the Front-End. The Front End Coordinator (FEC) supervises cashiers, all POS process and the balloon counter. The FEC ensures the maintenance of the queue and engages customers waiting in line to create a great final impression of their store experience. The FEC is an emerging role and is the first step for career development and progression to the store's leadership team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivers and role models service expectations through personal interaction with customers

  • Drive add on selling to customers at point of sale

Oversee Store's email capture & charitable donations

  • Responsible for all Associate/cashier compliance to POS functions and cash handling procedures at the Front End

  • Conducts register overrides including post voids, returns & associate discounts

Queue merchandising and maintenance

Balloon counter & wall

  • Responsible for the merchandising and maintenance of the Front End including the queue along with the Balloon counter/wall

Assists in merchandising procedures including stocking, filing merchandise, and recovery

  • Assist in receiving and stocking procedures

Uploads merchandise from trucks

Checks in shipments

This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the General Manager, based on store needs.

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift, push, pull 25 lbs

  • Frequent kneeling, bending and stooping

  • Climb Ladders

  • Standing entire shift

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Cleared background check & drug test (if state law permits)

  • 12 months of experience in retail or a service role preferred

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Recruitment * Recruit new foster parents * Working with foster parent recruiters * Locating and scheduling marketing events in the community * Ensuring targeted recruitment to meet current demand by utilizing data Certification and Recertification * Lead the charge on the certification and recertification process as required by state licensing * Maintain knowledge of current state regulations relating to foster homes * Assist team with steps and actions required for foster home allegations, policy rights violations and/or corrective action (CAPs) * Participate in the admissions process from youth referral to placement, if applicable * Maintain all aspects of the foster parent record in the database * Provide (on a rotating schedule) on-call advisory and support to foster families; report and document activities Initial and Ongoing Training * Manage all aspects of foster parent initial, ongoing and recertification training * Provide (on a rotating schedule) on-call advisory and support to foster families; report and document activities * Ensure training of Hobb's principles of Re-Education and Necco culture * Analyze referral declination and provide trainings specific to address Retention * Use data to analyze foster home retention rates and develop action plans to address * Ensure a support team to foster homes throughout the process and for the children with higher needs * Lead the charge on foster parent recognition and celebrations Corporate Citizen * Practice Ruthless Pragmatism * Engage in peer to peer feedback * Know and Live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles * Embody the 3 essential virtues of Humble, Hungry and Smart * Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard * Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure Position Qualifications * 21 Years of Age * A Bachelor's degree in a human services related field * A minimum of 2 years' experience in the human services field * 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage and Valid Driver's license * Excellent Computer Skills along with the ability to learn new skills and/or programs * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Successful completion of all required criminal background checks * Travel/Training Willingness Necco Owensboro KY
