• 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch) Pay: Weekly, every Thursday What You'll Do As the Receptionist and face of our front desk, you will:
  
  Manage our phone system-no voicemails here; your personal touch is essential Welcome visitors with a warm smile at our Home (Corporate) office. Uphold and embody our core values, ensuring every caller and visitor feels respected and valued. Efficiently screen and direct calls to the right department or resource center.
  
  Oversee the scheduling of our conference rooms and maintain a tidy, organized front desk area. Handle mail distribution and courier pickups. Assist with records maintenance and take on additional tasks as needed.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you're the first point of contact, and your role is pivotal in making a lasting impression on everyone who interacts with Tropic Supply.
  
  What You Bring At least one year of experience with switchboard or receptionist duties in a high-call-volume setting. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual in English and Spanish?
