Position Summary:

The Front Desk/Branch Support Representative is responsible for performing a wide variety of supportive, clerical, and receptionist duties. A Front Desk/Branch Support Representative must be professional, courteous, and deliver top-notch service when assisting members and co-workers face-to-face or by phone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clerical and Receptionist Duties

  • Provide Administrative Information to Credit Union Personnel

  • Completing Member Service Transactions, open new accounts, and regularly complete weekly/monthly reporting

  • ATM and Night Deposit Transactions

  • Receiving and Directing Telephone Calls

This position also performs a variety of miscellaneous support functions:

  • Processes Voucher Transactions

  • Notary Republic

  • Returned Mail

  • Reporting Projects

  • Check Hold Reviews

Qualifications:

  • Great attitude and enthusiasm!

  • Excellent Public Relations skills

  • General understanding of products and services offered by the Credit Union

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of using a computer, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams

  • Clear written and verbal communication while maintaining professional, courteous, and friendly service to our members and co-workers

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

  • One to twelve months of similar experience is preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • All qualified candidates must pass a credit and background check to be qualified

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:20am 5:00pm
