Front Desk Supervisor- Holiday Inn Express

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. As a leader, you will supervise and train the front desk team, handle guest complaints and requests, and ensure the smooth operation of all front office procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI.

Daily Pay - Get Paid Any Day!

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

Schedule:Weekdays and Weekends

Requirements

• Prior hotel experience 1-2 years, preferably in a leadership role
• Front of the house hotel experience
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Opera knowledge is a plus nut not a requirement
