We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to provide friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors as well as onboard and train new front desk team members.

Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson's largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and 85 vacation rentals (classic or luxury condos).

Position Description & Job Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of Front Desk agents on his/her shift

  • Overall Front Desk operations in the absence of the Assistant or Front Desk Manager.

  • Performing all duties Front Desk agents are responsible for.

  • Keeping the lines of communication open with both Front Desk Managers and the staff members who report to you.

  • Adhere to the policies of the Resort as set forth in the Employee Handbook and report any observed violations to Human Resources.

  • Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.

  • Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments.

  • Reordering supplies for Sundries shop as well as selling and posting these items.

  • Instructing guest on local entertainment / dining as necessary.

  • Maintenance of Front Desk equipment and supplies.

  • Enthusiastically collecting guest feedback/comment cards.

Formal Education and Job Related Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Two years experience in a supervisory hospitality position preferred

  • Excellent oral and communication skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Pleasant telephone demeanor.

Job-Related Physical Requirements

This position requires the employee to engage in Frequent Walking, Lifting up to 25lbs & Far Vision; Constant Standing, Bending Over, Reaching, Balancing, Pushing/Pulling, Manual Dexterity, Gross Motor Skills, Hand Eye Coordination, Sitting, Fine Motor Skills, Gross Motor Skills, Eye/Hand Coordination, Near Vision, Far Vision, Color Recognition and Hearing;

The position involves the following Environmental Factors: Working Inside, Alone, Closely with Others, Above Ground, as well as Walking on Uneven Surfaces.
