Front Desk SupervisorDream Spa Medical is a premier, rapidly expanding medical spa with three luxurious locations committed to delivering cutting-edge, personalized aesthetic treatments. Our dedication to exceptional service and unmatched results sets us apart in serving our discerning clientele.The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and delivering a consistent exceptional customer service experience. The Front Desk Supervisor coaches, trains and empowers staff while also assisting with scheduling treatments and maintaining a smooth flow of spa operations.Objectives:

• Prepare and maintain the space for an exceptional patient experience

• Illustrate the benefits and advantages of Dream Spa Medical services to patients to develop customer loyalty.

• Proactively engage patients in using Dream Spa Medical tools, literature and technology to enhance their Dream Spa Medical empowerment patient journey.

• Take initiative to present and sell products and services in a professional and proficient manner through product knowledge of multiple brands.

• Assist patients with financial information to help them utilize their funds, membership balance and rewards in order to achieve their cosmetic goals

• Achieve goals while displaying courteous professionalism and leadership.

• Respond to communications promptly via email, text and phone.

• Perform front office inventory to ensure all materials are in stock for a successful workday for both staff and patients.

Required Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Ability to use a calculator.

• Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Compensation Package:

The base pay is $25/hr plus performance-based bonuses up to $1,500 per month. This position also includes:
