This position is located in Williamstown. DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Responsible for all supervisory and daily operational functions of Front Desk for assigned practices within the Medical Group. Leads by example and works alongside staff as an organizer, content expert, and coach. Functions as the liaison for patients and families by problem solving and dispute resolution. Is a key member of a practice#s management team and shares in the successful accomplishments of access, service, quality, and financial goals. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: Two years physician practice experience in a busy office setting. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Prior customer service experience required Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred Excellent clerical and organizational skills required Education and Training: High School diploma is required. Associates Degree preferred. License, Certification

None. Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability and experience dealing with patients, families, and physicians. Ability to assume a leadership role within the practice and lead staff to service excellence. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the workday. Demonstrated competency in handling confidential and sensitive information. Flexible hours required to cover for staff and Practice Administrator vacations and earned time absences.
