Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

If you enjoy making people smile and having fun, you'll love working on our team We're looking for a friendly front desk receptionist to join the Princess Anne family of 200 team members and 1,200 Members. The schedule for this part-time role is Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm-9pm.

In this position, you will utilize outstanding customer service skills to: Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for members and guests contacting the club in person, via phone, email and text. Maintain an ongoing knowledge of club events, programs policy changes, etc. as to best assist members.

Assist with accounting items such as cash sales and petty cash management. Assist with reservations for dining, events and programs. Ensure that the clubhouse front desk area is clean and tidy.

Assists with administrative tasks as needed (deliveries, wine pick up, mail, copies, faxes, rentals, etc.). Maintain the coat closet and lost and found. Welcome guests to the club and manage club guest cards. Support fellow team members by editing, printing and posting to social media and PACC website/mobile app the nightly dinner features, printing/laminating menus and flyers, creating meal cards and signage and posting event flyers.

Work closely with the entire team ensure each Member and guest are provided with Personal Attention that is Consistently Captivating. To be your best at this position, you'll need: Computer skills (basic Microsoft Office and email skills) An enthusiastic personality No college required GED accepted Our beautiful, 105 acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge.
