NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The position requires interaction with Senior Management internally and externally and requires a professional attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple efforts and responsibilities.

  • Greet and welcome all guests

  • Manage guest sign-in and sign-out

  • Manage temporary badge assignments for guests, employees who leave badges at home, etc.

  • Manage administrative work associated with setting new hires up

  • Manage incoming calls and voicemail of company general phone number

  • Manage conference room reservations

  • Maintain professional appearance and organization of reception area, conference rooms, mail, and office supplies center

  • Manage office and kitchen supplies

  • Schedule courier and file services as needed (Iron Mountain)

  • Manage shipping/receiving of packages, mail notifications, and mail distribution

  • Submit building maintenance and room reservation requests to property management

  • Administration and event support/tasks as needed

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to interact with different types of people and situations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 1+ years experience customer service

  • 2+ years experience with administrative work

  • 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • 1+ years experience answering and transferring phone lines

Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste. Self/Workload Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group general work rules and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings. Safety/Risk Management: Maintains a clean and safe work area in compliance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state and federal regulations. Follows all B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group procedures for guest/team member incidents. Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1+ years prior guest service experience required preferably in a hospitality setting. Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.
