Responsibilities • Coordinate our community activities - serve as a point of contact for materials, acquiring location, and lead the participation of the team • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. Qualifications • Prior experience with a law firm is a plus • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
