These are available for individuals of all ages. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides services in a comfortable, friendly setting. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet consumers
• Schedule appointments and follow up with consumers as needed
• Accurate handling and storing of medical
• Handle incoming mail and ensure proper routing
• Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
• Handles consumer requests and forwards to corresponding staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communications skills
