Renaissance Milwaukee West, a new premium distinctive hotel is seeking an energized and curious minded Front Desk Manager (Rooms Operations Manager) to join our Reception Team.

Act as a liaison to the Rooms Division, supporting the Front Desk and Style (Housekeeping) Department.
Oversee daily operations and associate performance in Reception.
Assist in selecting, hiring, and performance management of Reception associates.
Provide ongoing job-specific training to Reception associates.
Assist the Director of Style (Housekeeping) and Housekeeping Rooms Operations Manager with evaluating Housekeeping associate performance, as needed.
Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times.
Assist in fulfilling special guest requests as well resolving guest complaints.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining checklists and operating procedures.
Assist in systems implementation and related training.
Act as Manager on Duty, when needed.
Assist with scheduling, lobby duties, opening and closing responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
Complete duties of various positions within the Rooms Division, as needed (for instance, work as a Guest Reception Agent, Night Auditor, or Stylist/Housekeeper).
Work closely with Front Office Manager and Director of Style in leading daily priorities and executing to company and brand standards.
Other duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Leadership experience in a full service hotel.
Flexible availability is required (including weekends).
