CCMC currently has a part-time Front Desk/Kids Care Associate at Anthem Highlands in Broomfield, CO.

Candidate must be outgoing with a professional personality, a sense of humor, a positive outlook, patience, self-control, and work well with children. Qualified applicant will display the following: strong attention to detail; ability to problem solve; ability to maintain confidential information; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or with a group; enjoy working with children; and ability to meet a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous child watch experience and at least a year of professional administrative experience with basic cash handling skills, excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, will be flexible with project changes and be able to think outside the box.

All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Anthem Highlands is a planned 1,800 single-family home community association in Broomfield, CO, just north of Denver. Anthem Highlands opened for sales in 2005 and now has 870 homes. The community has extensive lifestyle and fitness programming, open space, trail system, pocket parks and a centerpiece 32,000 sq. ft. community recreation facility called Parkside Center.

Job Description To reconcile the business of the day and ensure a smooth efficient operation of the front desk during the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. Responsibilities * Performs the required system saves during the night audit shift to ensure a current back-up of the hotel files is available. * Posts and audits banquet checks in order of the banquet summary sheet. * Reconciles all Food and Beverage outlet postings. * Verifies front desk cashier work is balanced. * Performs an accurate bucket check of all in-house registration cards. * Ensures all guest accounts are accurately posted with room and tax. * Performs nightly IBM maintained by monitoring the file sizes and performing weekly and monthly reorgs. * Ensures the completion of all H.I.S. night audit functions. * Distributes all close day reports and morning reports to the appropriate departments. * Transmits accurate data to Corporate. * Prepares and distributes the Daily Report (Daily Business Summary DBS). * Charges in Micros, prepares and delivers pre-prepared overnight dining entrees. Qualifications * Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. * Must have strong communication, computer and organizational skills. * Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance. * Prior guest service experience required, preferably hotel front office experience. * Must be able to work a variety of overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Preferred experience working an overnight shift.
