PRO Club is hiring Front Desk Greeters at our Bellevue location!

This is a Part-Time position and will mostly be evening and weekend shifts.

A Front Desk Greeter:

  • Gives undivided attention to the members and guests at all times

  • Actively greets members and guests as they enter the club creating a favorable and lasting impression

  • Performs proper opening and closing procedures by using provided checklists

  • Accurately logs a usage for all members who enter the club

  • Ensures non-members / visitors sign the visitor log when visiting as a spectator or dining in the Caf and/or Bistro

  • Receives and directs telephone calls to appropriate departmental personnel

  • Accurately registers guest, enforces guest policy and collects guest fees

  • Hands out towels to member/guest in a professional manner making the member feel you care about their visit


  • 18 years of age or older

  • Experience in Customer Service, computers/cash register experience is preferred

Compensation: $15.00/hour to start + eligible for raises upon passing Skill Based Test after 30 days.

Applicant will be first point of contact for customers and will work in the front office. The position requires good customer service skills, typing, answering phones and cash handling skills. Organizes, manages, or coordinates established programs, services, or events or an element of an established program, event, or service. Work Schedule: Weekday mornings usually 4 hours daily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This list is intended to be a sample of job tasks and not a complete list of responsibilities.) * Greets public, answers their questions, makes the patrons feel welcome. * Performs data entry for program management. * Answers phones (multiple lines). * Creates displays. * Does word processing. * Operates office equipment. * Occasionally assists with room set-ups and tear-downs. * Works in front office, taking drop in money, provides customer service. Supervision Received and Exercised: * Work is performed with moderate supervision * Incumbent will have some opportunity for discretion regarding the performance of work tasks and workload planning. Qualifications * Applicant must be 21 years old. * Applicant has a thorough knowledge of programs and services to which they are assigned. * Demonstrated ability to perform calculations; may work with cash and make change. * Interpersonal contacts will extend beyond the work group to patrons and the public. * Public contact is significant and ongoing, working relationships are established with patrons. * Will work with multiple tasks or large volumes of work. * Applicant has experience in customer service, answering phones, data entry. * Candidate must pass criminal background check prior to being hired.
