Job Requirements
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at a hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Assist with reservations and room assignments
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring access to the hotel
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software (MS Office, reservation systems)
