OfficeTeam is currently hiring for a Front Desk Coordinator position at a local non-profit in the Tenderloin District. Our ideal candidate would have some administrative experience as well as some experience in a non-profit setting. This role would be a full time, temporary (3 months) and would be starting immediately! This position pays $17 an hour. We are seeking a professional with a calm demeanor who enjoys that every day could bring something different! Responsibilities:
  • Providing stellar customer service and a welcoming environment to visitors that enter the office

  • Data entry and faxing of confidential documentation

  • Sorting and distribution of mail and checks to tenants

  • Answering the phone and checking voicemails

  • Proficient in Microsoft

  • Assist the office with variety of administrative duties

Requirements

Qualifications: -High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able to listen well and to practice patience!

  • Must speak clearly and loudly to our tenants

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Punctual
